Our associate recruitment policy gives priority to candidates with the following qualities: pedagogical aptitudes, open mindedness, motivation and the ability to work both individually or as a team player.

Trainees are recruited on the same basis. The majority of the firm’s trainees are studying at the “Ecole de Formation du Barreau” (Bar School), although this is not a prerequisite at the firm as a trainee. Trainees actively work together on the firm’s assignments and are well integrated within the team so as to enhance their professional training.
